YES – Our patches are hypoallergenic, sterile, non toxic, non latex, gluten free, and FDA approved.

NO – While patching is the only tried and true way to improve vision in patients with amblyopia, there are no guarantees. Each diagnosis is different. Please consult your doctor to confirm your prescribed patching hours are up to date with your specific needs.

NO – please do not wear our patches in the water. The adhesive will turn into a goo which is difficult to remove. We are working on releasing a waterproof patch in the near future...please stay tuned.

NO – Our patented new shape offers more flexibility of faces it fits. We have found that infants/babies may need parents to trim the perimeter (evenly if possible) to make them slightly smaller. But in most cases our one size fits all... even the adults who need to patch.

SORT OF— Due to the nature of our extra gentle adhesive we have had mixed results with this. In more humid climates our patches are less reusable. If more arid areas, if the patch was only worn for a short while and removed gently, the adhesive can work a second time.

We spent almost three years innovating our patch. We knew we wanted to have better graphics. We then searched for better materials. We tested many types of adhesives and the way they were applied to patches. After sourcing higher quality materials and adhesives, we wanted to make sure our patch would fit better too. We spent a long time working with skeletal eye sockets to determine a better fit. The result is an entirely innovated adhesive occlusion eye patch. We are confident the new fit, the new feel, the breathability, the ultra sensitive adhesives, and on point graphics will make our patch a better, easier, more comfortable patch to wear.
